what does that word has to do with this post?
well i felt that attitude has been with me since school years and i would like to leave that attitude now
been searching around about procrastination,and it is a bad attitude that a student could have
well i'm not a student currently,i'm a freeloader
but still,you think after graduating high school you going to change and after a while meeting
your former schoolmates,it's going to be all joyous,but to go to that stage,it's still a long way to go
and procrastination is similar to a limit in yourself,like when you are running or exercising,
you have to go over the limit to gain stamina or result of the activity unless you want to stuck up
doing the same routine and gain only a portion of the result .
i say i should change this attitude,what about you?

hope i can change it,
btw i passed the computer test ,
got 49/50,maybe because the questions that came up on the computer is easy,
and yes,i only read the book one day before exam after delaying for about 4 days,
the kelas teori which i supposed to go last week is still a dream because ..
i'm procrastinating

Well,SPM is over,people keep saying life after SPM is different,it is,we are no longer bound to school.
Most of the students would be happy about this,well it is when you have something to do,
anyway ,right after spm,i went to a driving school to attend a kursus.

Assalamualaikkum,

After a long hiatus,here i am,
actually it's not that i have problems or anything,
My laziness just overcome myself to post something,

just study addmath,math,physics,chemist and biology,
yea,sounds nerdy right?

lama aq x post kan,dari bulan 1 dah,

cerita latest tentang hidup aq,

3 straight days,play tennis,of course sakit badan la

mai sekolah harini jalan cam robot dah(robot lembut)

orang tersentuh rase sakit sangat 

pastu tetiba time balik dari staff room lalu depan padang tu rasa cold breeze,

tetiba sejuk wei,satu badan kesejukan,then sampai klas,time math

dok syok belajar set,dipanggil untuk ambik DAYAKARYA,

so Jaya and I pergi la ambik,sampai klas,cikgu dah kluar...

sedih kot,then edar2 la,tengok klas 3A3(2011),yang dok belah kanan

cikgu Zainol tu is me,nampak tough abes la,then kat PBSM takda,depa tak panggil ambik...

kat Kelab KH lak,aq sorang dok ngan perempuan,okay la gangster,

then Tennis Club,my toughness shine dok tepi Jun Kai,haha gambar paling style,

abes tengok2 tu,cikgu AddMath masuk,kitorang belajar la sampai abes Chapter 2..

abes tu hantar file AddMath kat cikgu,then masuk kelas Sivik pulak,terlupa bawak buku ...

takpa la,buat dalam kertas nanti lekat....
cikgu kluar awal then hias kelas,kena panjat meja,

aq takut meja pecah ..then Intan volunteer nak naik,LADY FIRST,then 1.10...

ingat nak balik naik van tapi fikir2 2.20 baru Van mai,panas punggung ja nak tunggu,

ok,
it's been a long time since my last post,
today,got a lot of homework ,7 subject
manage to do 3 of them,while Add Math on the way,
Add Math is difficult because i did not study before teacher teach it,
my new class is 4SC 1,the first form 4 class,quite fun.
but,i'm the only one from 3A3 there,
my class teaches is Pn.Vazvarasi ,also my modern math teacher,

Sejarah Tingkatan 4 Bab 1:Kemunculan Tamadun Manusia(Pengenalan Dan 1.1 Makna Tamadun)

Pengenalan
1.Zaman prasejarah ialah zaman manusia belum mengenali tulisan
2.Zaman ini dikaji oleh ahli arkeologi
3.Terdapat empat tahap utama iaitu Paleolitik,Mesolitik,Neolitik,dan Logam

Increase Height Exercises(IHE)

here are are few ways to increase your height

                                                                          COBRA

Lie on the floor face down with palms on the floor under your shoulders.  Begin to arch your spine up leading with your chin.  Arch as far back as possible. Each repetition should last between 5-30 seconds.
BASIC LEG STRETCH

While sitting down, spread your legs far apart. Reach for your toes. Try to keep your knees as straight as possible. Now move into reaching for the toes on the other leg. Be sure to keep your spine straight and move from your hips. Do not arch the upper spine. This stretch works both your spine and legs. Each repetition should last between 6-15 seconds.

                                                                       SUPER COBRA

 Start with your arms perpendicular to the floor, and the spine arched (the end position of the cobra). Now blend your hips and bring your body up into an inverted 'V' position.  While you are doing that, tuck your chin against your chest. Return to the original position. Each repetition should last between 10-20 seconds.





CAT STRETCH

Get on your hands and knees with your arms locked out. Inhale as you flex your spine down and bring your head up. Exhale as you bring your spine up into an arched position while bringing your head down. Each repetition should last between 3-8 seconds.
